Aer is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing lifestyle brand to help deliver marketing initiatives that will drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty. This role will lead the day-to-day management of Aer’s brand and growth marketing activities across multiple channels. You will be responsible for ideation, execution, and optimization of campaigns. The role requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel continued brand growth and stronger emotional connections to our customers. This role reports to the Director of Operations and will work closely with Brand and Design.

Responsiblities

• Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels
• Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including weekly reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars, and leading the development of integrated channel plans
• Create and execute effective online marketing and advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google
• Act as the voice of the Aer brand by managing our social media accounts
• Manage relationships with third party partners including PR and marketing agencies, content partners, and influencers
• Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans

Experience/Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a marketing role 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to get hands dirty and take on any task
• Proficient in copywriting
• Eager to learn and take on varied responsibilities with a desire to grow into a larger role
• Self-starter with desire to deep-dive into details with minimal hand-holding
• Data-driven and analytical
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in and curious about consumer brands, fashion, and design
